Slow Your Roll Sister

Good Morning,

Thanks to all my readers who hang in there with me. I’ve been blogging since November and when I started I updated every single day with a new recipe every day. I did this for about 6 months, then eventually cut the recipes down to once or twice a week. Now I’ve even been skipping regular entries, so I apologize for that. It’s VERY hard to live a normal life, workout like I do, cook daily, work long hours, take care of Phoebe, and still blog. Almost impossible for one person to take on.

I end up getting frustrated and then walking away from it all. Instead of saying hey let me cut out this one thing for the day, I get overwhelmed and stop everything. Something has to give…

Since I can’t quit work because I really don’t want to live in a cardboard box, I’m going to take a backseat blogging for this week. I will be posting a few recipes instead of my regular blogs; I have a few cookin’- pun intended.

The first one is my Sweet and Spicy Cauliflower that I showed you guys a few days back. I used it for lunches this week. This is 94 calories a serving ( about 1 1/2 cup).

I will still be answering emails and comments, I just need to slow my roll for a little bit. Thanks for understanding šŸ™‚

XOXO With a Cherry On Top,

P.S. As far as the booty workouts go, I planned on starting back at day 1 and repeating what I’ve done. So do that!

Don’t worry, I know how hectic life can be! Don’t feel bad about taking some time out to enjoy yourself away from blogging. Will miss your blog entries but your health comes first! Tam x

Completely understandable! Do what you have to do! For the same reason, I only blog 3-4 times a week. Makes it a little easier šŸ™‚
